Amanda MacLeod in Concert
Amanda, although only 21, has already developed a completely personal and unique voice in jazz. The melodic beauty and genuine passion of her playing are increasingly attracting attention from listeners and colleagues alike. On February 20th Amanda, with fellow friends and colleagues bassist Stuart Steinhart and drummer Tim Moore played a night of music to a very receptive audience. Stuart and Tim are extremely well known to lovers of jazz in Simcoe County, and together bring decades of professional experience and expertise to their performances. Both are members of the Joe Huron Trio which performs every Sunday at Fitzy's in downtown Barrie. The night was absolutely beautiful and entertaining!
