The lighting of the Torch, the journey continues north

Olympic Torch stops in Cookstown

It was a once in a life time event for many to witness, as the 2010 Olympic torch relay arrived at the RBC downtown Cookstown on December 29th. Mayor Brian Jackson along with members from council and Peter Van Loan orchestrated the crowd in singing O Canada while the torch relay continued on its journey north. Go Canada Go!!
